Walk to UF Stadium! Fabulous Chic Historic Home

We loved our stay it was a perfect fit for us We booked this property for its location to the University for graduation and some amenities but we ended up loving absolutely everything about this place. We loved the open dining rooms well as the beds were large and so comfortable. The outdoor space with tons of adiorandack chairs plus firepit string lights made it perfect for entertaining a couple of my son’s friends. The grill was a great plus to have everyone over for dinner. The exterior is very well maintained. The kitchen was stocked with quality cookware and we loved the morning sun coming into it. If we make it back we definitely will stay here again. We loved our time at Gainsville with recommendations from the owners we went to one of the springs floating the river all day. I recommend The Swanp it was a nice college lunch place. We also went to Spurrier’s Grille for a nicer meal after graduation.

100th anniversary of Phi Delta Theta at UF and Orange and Blue Game. Great location. Walking distances good. 20-30 to Union area. Stadium and mid town bars 20-25. Great Hostd

Lovely home in a lovely neighborhood. Very clean and quiet with comfortable beds. Easy to get around the city from the location.
